Mr. Azran began his real estate career in 1979 with Krueger Realty in Chicago, Illinois. In 1980, he formed 21st. Century Financial Planners, Inc. to provide full service financial services to his clients. At that time, Mr. Azran held, in addition to a Real Estate Broker’s License, an Insurance Sales License and a Series 7 Securities License.

Throughout the past 25 years, Mr. Azran has been involved in Real Estate and Equity transactions totaling in excess of $150,000,000. He has also been involved in business turnarounds, having purchased several companies in Bankruptcy and ultimately reselling them at enormous profits through creative management. He has been involved in raising equities for Real Estate Acquisitions, Oil & Gas Contracts, Debenture Purchases and Real Estate Partnerships.

Mr. Azran currently is one of the largest purchasers of Foreclosure Properties, Real Estate Tax Certificates and Annual Real Estate Tax Sales in the Chicago land area, annually purchasing in excess of $40,000,000 in property values.

Mr. Azran is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the North side Real Estate Board, the National Association of Realtors and the Securities and Exchange Commission. He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois and has 1 child.
